Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6-8 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Econet it solution is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-8 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. It is understood between www.econet.store that returns be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-

  1. Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.

  2. However www.econet.store will enquire about this and take action against it.

  3. Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration. 

  4. Return should reach as before 2 hours from the date, {time} Purchase. 

  5. Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:

  • Order was cancelled. 

  • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient) 

  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced. 

2. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.

3. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.


4. Any extra amount credited to www.econet.store account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.


5. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.


6. Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.


7. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at econet.store The amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 1 day.

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.

  • Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to contact@meltingfoods.in
